Tony O’Leary’s expertise spans across all industry sectors including Global Financial Services, Board & CEO, Professional Services, Industrial and Consumer, Education, non-profit and charities.

He was previously a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in Australia and has more than 20 years experience within the executive search industry.

Tony has successfully completed many senior level assignments in both the public and private sectors for a wide range of clients. He has placed some of Australia’s leading Managing Directors and Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers and senior positions across the management suite. He also has extensive experience with Board Chairmen and Non-Executive Director searches.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, he served as Consultant with Ernst & Young within the Tax line of service.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Business with a double degree in Accounting and Marketing from Southern Cross University.
